Gossip Girl: I Will Always Love You: A Gossip Girl novel
We think the book is just great, we couldn`t stop reading it. The characters have very much personality and are described lovely. We couldn`t wait for the end of the book to read the next one. We enjoyed it to read about the connections between the three main characters, Blair, Serena and Nate. Also interesting were the wild parties and the extravagance of their lifestyle.
Every girl who wants to know about living life in New York City has to read this book. Maybe first you think it`s just about a few spoiled, rich kids, but in the middle of the book you notice that it`s a nice story about the feelings of New York`s Teens.
Just to advise to all girls reading this article!

Eragon
Eragon: Inheritance Trilogy
When you read the story, of course you first think it`s a bit like “Lord of the Rings” or “Star Wars”. But it`s told very exciting. All fans of “Lord of the Rings” will love “Eragon”.
While reading the story you can feel the magic and the atmosphere of this fantasy world. We also liked the connection between the dragon Shapira and the boy. It is something very special you can`t find in every book.
For all fantasy fans!

Die Legende der Albae
Book report: Markus Heitz „The legend of the albae, deserved anger“
Lately I read the book„The legend of the albae, deserved anger“, from Markus Heitz. The book was really exciting, as it is normal for Heitz’s books. The book resumes a spate of books, named “the dwarves”. The dwarves-books are about a threat in the “charmed land”. The albae , the cruel arch-fiends of the elbs, belong to the evil. ”The legend of the albae” is the pre-history of the dwarvess-books and tells the history as th the albae see it. The story shows the cruelty and the culture of the albae, which is associated with art, in a dark way. The action of the book is exciting and fascinating . Every fantasy-fan must have this book. It’s one of the best books I have ever read.

Der Richter und sein Henker
The crime novel "The judge and the executioner" by Friedrich Dürrenmatt, is about solving a murder.
Ulrich Smith, a police lieutenant in the city of Bern, is found shot dead by a village policeman in his car. The case is transferred to Komissär Barlach, but since he is already old and very ill, he gets a partner named Tschanz, which he chose himself.
Barlach found a revolver bullet in their investigations at the scene, which is part of release of the murderer. They also find out that S. Ulrich took often part in these events as a guest of a man named Gastmann. Since they are hoping to find out more, they go to Gstmann's residence and a guest sneaks around the house. The two policemen separate and Barlach is attacked by Gastmann's dog, Tschanz shoots shortly thereafter. Later Barlach collects unnoticed by others the revolver bullet, which is identical to the one found at the crime scene and allows the suspicion that Tschanz is the killer. Nevertheless, he makes him believe that his old enemy Gastmann is suspicious.
Several years ago, when they first met, Barlach and Gastmann joined a bet, saying that Barlach would never be able to clear up one of Gastmann’s crimes. If you want to know more about the story you have to read it by yourself.

Heiliges Essen
Lea Fleischmann – Heiliges Essen „Das Judentum für Nichtjuden verständlich gemacht“
Kurzbeschreibung:
Short description
Kasher Means:permitted, permits. Who obeys the Jewish food laws, must obey to certain rules. That means, that the meal never takes place thoughtless, but it is embedded into rites, which turnes it into something special again and again one.In this book Lea Fleischmann teaches about the jewish food laws also for non-jewish people, and she tells in a descriptive way, how one can live with the kasher meal in conformity with god’s creation and transform each meal into a spiritual experience. What fascinates us is the fact that it explaines the jewish culture understandable for everyone. Through this book one gets a large view of this culture and you will be surprised, how much there is to tell about.
Chasing Harry Winston
Lauren Weisberger
Chasing Harry Winston
The hotly awaited novel from the million copy bestselling author of the Devil Wears Prada, Leigh, Adriana and Emmy are best friends, all leading very different lives and about to make some extreme choices... The three girls meet for dinner one evening and make a pact - they each have to change one thing in their lives by the end of the year. But will they keep to their decisions? And will their choices come at a high price?
Some of us liked this book, because the author writes very well and it is very easy to read and to understand. The others didn’t like it. The author describes the characters very well. It is an interesting book! You can also buy it in German. The German name is: “Ein Ring von Tiffany”.

Lauf, Junge lauf
How the little Juri goes through the war, thats a fantastic story: He has got a little bit of luck in his bad world. His flees gives many people the chance to act well or badly.
Jurek is about 9 years old, when he manages to get out of the Warschau Ghetto and he had to survive in the forest for his own, until the war goes on. He learnes how to sleep on trees and how to catch squirrel with a slingshot. The loneliness still brings him more and more times to the little villages. There he meets people, who help him, and those, who betray. It is an emotional book, which bases on a real story.
